It’s no secret the past few years have been brutal for the survival of small businesses and, despite our best attempts to pivot, it has impacted us dramatically. The price increases and unpredictability within the meat industry have simply made our current business model and quality standards unsustainable.

We were notified last week that our current rent would be increasing significantly over the next 3 years and, as much as we love our spot, we simply can't continue operating at such large scale and stay in business.

Despite our prices already being the highest on the market and, trust us we know, made to order is not as desirable as next day availability. We will not compromise our products by buying lesser quality ingredients or cutting corners. We know that the integrity of our brand is what has kept us in business and stocked in your freezers since 2010.

Our goal has always been and will always be to provide our clients with only the highest quality raw food, products and treats. In 14 years, we have never had a single recall - voluntary or involuntary.

This is who we are and what we will always fight for -
superior standards and full transparency in the pet food space.

All this to say, Soul'y Raw will be moving locations and slowing down production effective 10-31-2024.

We are also moving to a direct to consumer,
monthly business model only
for our full line of
frozen, air-dried and bone broth products.

This will allow us to focus on a few new priorities like -

• Bringing innovative new whole food air-dried concentrates to our consumers.

• Partnering with multiple large non-profit rescue organizations that are pioneering the industry by feeding raw to all their rescued dogs and cats. This is bringing on remarkable success stories and seeing more opportunities for the adoption of dogs and cats that may have simply had adverse health effects stemming from commercial diets.

• Our private label division to bring individual food and treat concepts to life for brands looking for SR quality with their own unique twist.

• One of Lisa’s favorite new endeavors - mentoring, educating and collaborating with budding raw food and treat entrepreneurs who are ready to join our RAWvolution.
